📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of medical coders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all coding processes.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure that all medical records are properly coded and documented.
• Develop and implement coding policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in all coding processes.
• Train and develop new coders to ensure that our team remains at the forefront of medical coding technology and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze coding data to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that all coding processes are in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all medical records are properly coded and documented, and to ensure that all coding processes are in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical coding technology and best practices, and to ensure that our team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our patients and our organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Coding, Health Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical coding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is a plus.
• Proficient in medical coding software such as Eclipsys, Cerner, or Epic.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze coding data to identify areas for improvement.
