📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Oversee the branch's budget and financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
