📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes.,Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the garment industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
