📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menus that align with the clinic's objectives and patient needs.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Prepare and cook meals for patients and staff, ensuring they are nutritious and appealing.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a healthcare or food service environment.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and ensuring food safety and quality.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
