Lingkungan Yoga Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of on-site and remote work. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and deadlines.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Develop and implement improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency.,Train and mentor production team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
