In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with reservations.,Maintain and update the guest register and other reception records.,Handle and manage mail and packages.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Perform general administrative duties as needed.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
