📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the intake process, including patient referrals, appointment scheduling, and patient information management.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Use our in-house CRM system to track and manage patient data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of intake protocols and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all intake activities.
• Collaborate with the team to improve intake processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare support or administrative role.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, specifically our in-house system.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
