As a Learning Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and HR to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
