📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the production process to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and according to quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure that production targets are met.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Train and mentor production team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control results.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the production process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals.
