📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule additional interviews.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and job requirements.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR team.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
