Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of customer service,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
