📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Student Care Centre, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students.,Develop and implement programs to promote the well-being and academic success of students.,Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to address student needs and concerns.,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and progress.,Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities and events to enrich the student experience.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and school policies.,Provide guidance and support to students in academic and personal matters.,Collaborate with the school administration to improve the overall student care and support system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a student care or support role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in working with international students is a plus.,Valid teaching or childcare certification is preferred.
