📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of aquaculture and landscape professionals, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the daily operations of fish farms, including water quality monitoring, feeding schedules, and disease management.
• Design and implement sustainable landscape projects, including pond construction, water management systems, and habitat restoration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including farmers, government agencies, and environmental organizations, to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Use AquaCulturePro for farm management and ArcGIS for landscape planning to optimize operations and project outcomes.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team to ensure continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on project performance, providing insights for future improvements.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed in the aquaculture and landscape operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aquaculture and landscape management, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Certification in Sustainable Aquaculture Practices (SAP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with AquaCulturePro and ArcGIS software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian aquaculture regulations and best practices.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
• Passionate about sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation.
