📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize the operations of our Education Centres across multiple locations in Bali.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners.
- Oversee the implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
