📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of branch activities.

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the mining industry.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of mining operations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
