📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of learning and development programs.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in delivering training sessions and workshops.,Develop and maintain learning materials and resources.,Coordinate with various departments to gather feedback on training programs.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Support the implementation of e-learning platforms and tools.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).,Support the organization of internal and external training events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other learning management systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
