Providing excellent customer service to clients.,Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintaining a clean and organized cashier area.,Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Handling cash and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Assisting in the preparation and packaging of goods.,Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.,Following all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
