📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and products.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and digital advertising.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Manage the brand's social media presence and engage with customers.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies and achieve targets.,Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or fashion industry.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
