📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist endodontic specialists in performing root canal treatments using advanced tools such as rotary instruments, laser technology, and digital radiography.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to strict hygiene protocols.
- Educate patients on the importance of endodontic treatments and post-treatment care instructions.
- Monitor patients' progress and report any complications to the endodontic team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and a positive clinic experience.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in endodontic techniques and technologies.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities and training sessions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an endodontic setting.
- Certification as an Endodontic Nurse Specialist (CENS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of endodontic procedures and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
