Direct Bit Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. This role is crucial in supporting the company's logistics and transportation operations, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and fueling.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the fleet, including scheduling and routing.,Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Monitor and manage fuel consumption and costs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Provide support and guidance to drivers on safety and operational procedures.,Handle and resolve any fleet-related issues or concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
