As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations,Handle payroll and benefits administration,Provide training and development opportunities for employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or related roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software is a plus,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
