Point Code Ekspansindo is looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
