📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures,Coordinate employee training and development programs,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation,Support the HR manager in any other tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus
