📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Monitor and maintain the security of the company's IT systems, including firewalls, antivirus software, and user access controls.,Conduct regular backups of critical data and systems to ensure data integrity and availability.,Document all IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the company's IT systems are always up-to-date and secure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficient in using IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Active Directory.,Good understanding of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
