📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintaining and updating IT systems and software.,Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.,Assisting with the installation and configuration of new IT equipment.,Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise.,Providing training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Assisting with the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
