📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating operational activities.,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Support the management team in making data-driven decisions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Support the management team in managing operational budgets and resources.,Assist in the recruitment and training of operational staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations management or related field.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other operational software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to speak and understand English is a plus.
