📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of a specific section within the hotel,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences,Implement and monitor quality control measures,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly,Maintain accurate records and reports,Participate in training and development programs for staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry,Proven leadership and management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field,Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus
