📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Handle financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.,Assist in opening and closing accounts, and provide information about banking products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Assist in cash handling and reconciliation processes.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role (preferred but not mandatory).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
