📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for assigned clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective client interactions.,Analyze client data and market trends to inform business strategies and decisions.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.,Report on client performance and business development activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the media or advertising industry.,Strong understanding of client relations and business development principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to travel to client locations as required.
