📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, route optimization, and vehicle maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost-effectiveness of the fleet operations.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the fleet.,Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators and drivers.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.
