CV Inti Oryza is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development professional to join our team in Ngawi. As the Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's commitment to continuous learning and development. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rp 14.000.000 to Rp 24.000.000 per month.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development initiatives that align with our company's strategic goals. Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the organization's culture.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with relevant learning and development regulations and standards.,Provide regular reports and updates on the progress and impact of learning and development initiatives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to learning and development.🛠️ Keahlian
