📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the mechanical design and development of products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.,Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to deliver innovative solutions.,Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to assess the viability of new projects and technologies.,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Participate in product development meetings and provide technical input to drive project success.,Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on product design and development.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.,Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.,Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) software, such as ANSYS or NASTRAN.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
