📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components.,Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are completed to their satisfaction.,Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to ensure that projects are viable and that resources are used efficiently.,Mentor and develop the skills and capabilities of team members to ensure that they are able to contribute effectively to projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that the team is able to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in relevant mechanical engineering software and tools.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.,Ability to mentor and develop team members.
