📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the collection, transportation, and storage of used lead-acid batteries.
- Manage and optimize the recycling process, including battery treatment and disposal.
- Utilize SAP and Battery Management Systems (BMS) for efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to battery management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sustainability and efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in battery management or a related field.
- Certification in Battery Management Systems (BMS) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
