📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.,Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and databases.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
