Store Sun Group is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure their needs are met.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information and interactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
