📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency and security.,Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.Experience with cloud-based IT solutions is a plus.Certifications such as CompTIA A+Network+or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
