Store Manager

PT Property Duta Mandiri is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 3.500.000 – Rp 4.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and develop strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on customer convenience and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
