📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other types of technical documentation,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Work with developers to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms,Provide support to customers and employees by answering technical questions and resolving issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong knowledge of technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
