📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a banking or financial services role, preferably in account management or customer service
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Core Banking System (CBS) and CRM software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking industry and local market trends
• Valid bank account management certification (preferred)
