📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
• Monitor and control financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting standards.
• Provide financial advice and support to the management team on financial matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or financial services environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
