📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage payroll processing using SAP and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Oversee financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support the company's financial planning.
• Coordinate leave requests and manage employee attendance records.
• Provide administrative support for HR activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in payroll tax calculations and filings.
• Support the finance team in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and finance roles.
• Certification in payroll processing (e.g., SAP HCM Payroll) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using SAP and QuickBooks for payroll and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
