As a Lease & Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with property managers, marketing teams, and tenants to develop and implement effective leasing strategies. You will leverage your expertise in real estate leasing and marketing to attract high-quality tenants and secure long-term leases.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
• Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and understand their needs.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements with tenants.
• Coordinate with property managers to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenant-friendly.
• Create and distribute marketing materials to promote available spaces.
• Monitor tenant satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Analyze leasing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing and property management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or Compass is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian real estate market and regulations.
