📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of electrical systems, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency standards.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures where possible.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall project goals.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and apply this knowledge to improve our systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on maintenance and operations.
• Certification in electrical safety and compliance (e.g., NECA, NEMA, or other relevant certifications).
• Familiarity with electrical software and tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
